Here are some answers to questions that we are often asked.
Q: Do you come to our business?
A: Yes, the vast majority of our work is performed at the client
site.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Support outside these hours is
available but attracts a surcharge.
Q: Can you fix my computer without visiting?
A: Many problems can be solved by us accessing your computer
remotely. In fact most of our network clients have remote maintenance
performed weekly to keep their systems in top shape. Call us on 0423
649 888 to organise a suitable time.
Q: Do you sell and repair Apple computers?
A: No we do not. We do however connect Apple computers to Windows
networks.
